Where does Lisa Olive currently ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States and to international destinations currently available at checkout. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability.
How much is shipping?
For the United States and eligible international destinations, Standard shipping is $8.80 for orders under $39 and free for orders of $39 or more. United States Express shipping is $15. The final methods and rate available for your address are shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, United States Standard is generally 3–5 business days, United States Express is generally 1–2 business days, and International Standard is generally 7–15 business days. These are estimates; carrier, customs, weather, holiday, address, and remote-area delays can occur.
Will I pay duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges. Unless checkout explicitly states that a charge is included, these amounts are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the recipient's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. If tracking appears delayed, email info@lisaolive.com with your order number.
Returns and order issues
Can I return an item?
You may request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition. Read the Refund Policy before sending anything back.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Email info@lisaolive.com promptly with your order number, a description, and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

No. Materials, finishes, stones, size, weight, and care can vary by product. Review the details on the product page and contact us before ordering if a material is not clearly identified.
Can I wear every piece in water?
No universal water-resistance promise applies. Unless the product page clearly says otherwise, keep the piece dry and remove it before bathing, swimming, or exercise.
